Turns out that Inauguration Day can be pretty awesome if you are lucky enough to be part of the incredible NNM Community.
This morning, we watched the Inauguration in the computer lab. We have been having some great discussions about inclusion, dignity, fairness, equity and respect, so I felt extremely happy to share this experience with students.
In the afternoon, I updated the database for NNM’s eRead Illinois Online Library to include all 6th graders as well as Junior High students. NNM families can check out books here using the family email address we have on file and PW: nnms1434, using the Axis360 app.
At 3:30, students in the 9-12 Bits and Bytes class learned how to program a new robot.
Then at 4:30, students in the 6-9 WeDo Robotics class worked while we watched the first half of The Great Robot Race.
